1. Service description
Adnova provides software tools for connecting advertising accounts, reviewing campaign performance, analytics, datasets, exports, and scheduled reporting across supported platforms. Adnova is not an advertising network and does not sell media inventory.
2. User responsibilities
You are responsible for account credentials, lawful campaign content, and compliance with applicable platform policies and laws.
- Provide accurate account and business information.
- Maintain access rights to linked ad accounts.
- Use the service only for lawful business activities.
3. Payment terms
Adnova subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan. Media spend is billed separately by the connected ad platforms.
- Subscription invoices are due according to the selected billing cycle.
- Late or failed payments may result in suspension of service access.
- Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts.
4. Liability limitations
Adnova is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee specific advertising outcomes, revenue, or lead volume.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adnova is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Total liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate service under applicable contract terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breaches, abuse, or legal obligations.
- You may stop using the service at any time.
- Upon termination, access to the platform may be revoked and data retention rules will apply.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
